Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving your items.
Returns Process:
- Contact Us: Please initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at 079 7750 8329 or hello@aanonline.co.uk
. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your items. - Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging, if possible. Please include the packing slip and RMA number with your return.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address we provide with the RMA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this on your return form. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request, subject to availability.
Exceptions:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Used or Damaged Items: We will only accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
- Perishable Goods: Food, beverages, and other perishable goods cannot be returned.

- We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not comply with our return policy.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Additional Considerations:
- You may want to offer free returns to incentivize purchases.
- Clearly state who pays for return shipping (customer vs. business) based on the reason for return (faulty item vs. change of mind).
- You can specify a restocking fee for certain items or situations.
- Be sure to comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) which give customers in the UK a 14-day “cooling off” period to return unwanted items.
- Consider offering a store credit option for returns to encourage customers to shop with you again.
